Using
Meditation with EFT
Dr. Carrington's Clinically Standardized Meditation system, used with EFT,
can achieve results impossible before. The

Useful Instructions: Read the following to get the most out of your search
efforts.
To
search, click in the Search for box above and enter your word or word
combination (important: see Query Language below for
details on how to enter word combinations). Then click on Start
Search.
The
search engine then searches the entire web site for the word or word
combination you entered and produces a list of pages that contain your matches.
Because the search is thorough (it looks at every page), the list may
contain more pages than you want. This is a minor trade off for the advantages
of a thorough search. Better to have too many pages than too few.
To
view a page from the search list, just click on its title and the page will
appear. To return to the search engine, click on your browser's
Backbutton. The Back button is typically
located in the top border of your browser.
Query Language
The search engine allows flexible queries to be made from word
combinations by using expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and
grouped with parentheses. Examples follow.
height phobia
finds documents containing 'height' or 'phobia'. Note, however, that to
find the complete phrase 'height phobia' you must use the keyword AND
(height and phobia). This is also described below.
height or phobia
same as above.
height and phobia
finds documents containing both 'height' and 'phobia'.
height not phobia
finds documents containing 'height' but not 'phobia'.
(height not phobia) and fear
finds documents containing 'fear', plus 'height' but not 'phobia'.
dissoc*
finds documents containing words starting with 'dissoc'. Examples would be
dissociate, dissociative, dissociation
