Dear Tapping Community,

I realize that I did not fully describe the upcoming online radio show that will discuss the status of EFT-CC and EFT-ADV designations, and Gary Craig’s Open Hand Policy. Here are the details:

I am not (as some people erroneously thought) hosting this broadcast, but am appearing as a guest to be interviewed by host, Eleanore Duyndam (it is her regular show). Lindsay Kenny and myself (Patricia Carrington) are her two invited guests. We expect to be expressing slightly differing views on some of the questions in an attempt to provide listeners with a variety of options for handling Gary Craig’s Open Hand Policy. Our special slants on this should make for a lively discussion.

If you have earned an EFT-CC or EFT-ADV Certificate of Completion from our former EFT Certificate program, I believe you will be particularly interested in this program.

Topics to be addressed on the telecast will include:

•  Whether or not legal issues are involved in retaining your EFT-CC and EFT-ADV status.

•  Gary Craig's reasons for requesting that you cease to use these designations.

•  What the different options are, and what if any consequences there will be if you choose to retain your already earned status.

•  Why many practitioners are electing to refer to the process of tapping (as used in "TFT", "EFT" and some of the newer innovations in this area) as "Meridian Tapping" or "MTT". This is an umbrella term which encompasses EFT within it (and will not replace the "EFT" trade name which refers to Gary Craig's traditional ("Official") EFT method as taught through his DVDs and Manual. Ways in which we can, with equal fairness to all points of view, clear up misunderstandings around these various terms in a friendly manner will be discussed.
