Book on Tapping Therapy Stirs
Excitement in Public
EFT and Beyond, a superbly edited collection of leading contributions to the field of meridian tapping, is racking up unexpectedly large sales. Why is this? We have known that EFT would inevitably grow and improve as time went on because this happens with all major innovations. However, I think few of us realized the power of the new EFT-related tapping therapies that have been developed, and their implications for our use of tapping. These are brought to our attention elegantly in this impressive book.

What I want to c all your attention to is the book's contribution to the harmony of the Meridian Tapping Community as it moves to take its place in the area of the health related sciences.
It would be all too easy to make the mistake of thinking in terms of "either - or" – either traditional EFT as developed by its founder, Gary Craig, or the new innovations which diverge from it in their various ways. My Choices Method, for example, takes a different direction from traditional EFT in its emphasis on the positive aspects of tapping, and other innovations in the field move beyond the foundations of EFT in their own way. At the same time traditional EFT remains an enormously innovative method which is making a powerful contribution to the future of tapping.
The book superbly balances the traditional EFT approach espoused by Gary Craig, with the concepts and practices of the newer approaches to tapping. Its editors, John Bulloughs and Pamela Bruner, consistently express appreciation for traditional EFT and Gary Craig's contributions throughout the book, while at the same time they present, with dignity and thoroughness, the newer innovations. They do not choose between, or require us to choose between, EFT and the new developments. They include all within the umbrella of the amazing tapping therapies and define these carefully.
This is therefore a book of great good will, one that fosters harmony within the growing community of tappers as it takes its serious look at the vast potential of this field.
