My work has been in the area of transition and change, relationship difficulties, loss and abandonment issues, as well as school and stress-related matters, and releasing limiting beliefs, emotions and patterns of self sabotage. As Youth and Family Counsellor, my 15 years experience has involved cross-cultural work, supporting children and families in schools, and various community service programs. I've used many energy-based approaches over this time, yet never seen such rapid responses to issues than with EFT. Children and adults leave first sessions surprised and grateful at its effectiveness. Currently, I am a Canadian living overseas in Taiwan, working with young people here.
