It as amazing technique which can gives you relief of different kind of problems from emotional to physical, including for example phobias, fear, depression, pain, self-esteem problems.... If you would ask me what is the disadvantage of EFT I would have to say it's simplicity. Why? Because it is so simple and powerful that if I tell you you are not going to believe me! I did not believe either! I'm very sjeptical person and don't believe until I try. So I tried and retried and retried... and here I'm convicnced to the point that I became a practitioner and included EFT to my practice. Soon I realized, that I'm no longer a hypnotherapist since there is no need for hypnotherapy or other techniques once I have used EFT!!
